What does the role involve?...

You’ll play a key role in keeping materials moving and production running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with unloading scheduled deliveries and checking in stock

Sorting and placing materials onto racks and shelves

Collecting materials from across the warehouse and delivering them to production & fulfilment lines

Supporting inventory controls, stock counting and location checks

Carrying out all duties safely and confidently

Helping the Warehouse Manager with daily, weekly and ad‑hoc tasks, and supporting the wider production management team

You will need/be...

We’re looking for someone who enjoys practical work, communicates clearly, and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll ideally have:

Experience in a warehouse or packing environment

A current active forklift qualification is required (reach truck and counterbalance)

Confident communication skills at all levels

Good reading and writing skills (other European languages are a bonus)

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Solid understanding of warehouse health & safety

Experience using warehouse or stock management systems (preferred, not essential)

Applicants must have current work authorisation in the UK.

This role will be based at our warehouse in Marden, the shift pattern is Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5pm (45 hours per week) with 1 hour of unpaid breaks during each full shift.
