As a People Partner at smol, you will play a key role in supporting our operational site and ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience. This is a hands-on, onsite position , working closely with the Supply Chain Director, operational managers, and the wider People Team to deliver effective day-to-day people support. Your responsibilities will include employee relations, headcount and agency coordination, payroll administration, and ensuring our people processes run smoothly. You will be highly visible on the site, building trusted relationships and enabling managers to confidently lead their teams.
