We’re looking for a German-speaking performance marketer to manage and build our paid social channels in Germany. Candidates should have experience managing campaigns across Facebook and Google, optimising strategy for acquisition and analysing and sharing performance results. This role reports into our Head of International but will enjoy working very closely with our UK Growth and Creative teams.
You’ll be highly organised, a fast-learner, analytical and, most importantly, excited by the chance to be part of building something from the ground up, backed by a UK business with proven success and an experienced team.
What does this role involve?
Responsible for our paid marketing campaigns for Germany across Facebook and Google - setting strategy, designing, implementing and optimising campaigns, managing budgets.
Identifying and testing new channels for growth such as Tik Tok and Pinterest.
Reporting on campaign performance
Reviewing and measuring all campaigns, continually looking for improvement and optimisation opportunities.
Working closely with our creative team to generate new ideas and optimise creative for success.
You will need / be:
Passionate about working in a startup environment and driving eco-friendly sustainable lifestyles for everyone.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a performance marketing role in a D2C business
Proven experience managing paid social channels and optimising these to grow acquisition.
Passionate about the paid social landscape, in touch with key trends and confident sharing ideas, learnings and examples of best practise.
Commercial and analytical mindset. You understand analytics and how to manage data to get the best insights .
Good general understanding of acquisition funnels and performance marketing KPIs.
An energetic and enthusiastic approach, willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is needed to get the job done.
Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing lots of tasks, prioritising your workload and working at speed.
Able to work independently but also a great team player, enjoying building relationships across the marketing, growth and creative teams.
Must speak German and professional level English.
