Responsibilities include expanding and optimising our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as transforming raw data into quality data sets our data analyst and data champions can use to build reports.

the role:
Create and maintain robust data pipelines using Fivetran, Funnel and
Snowflake

.Iron out our current data warehouses to keep data consistent and
discrepancy-free throughout.

Load and transform data into Looker to build clean and complex data sets

.Monitor our data platforms, ensuring high level performance.

Work in collaboration with stakeholders (Product, Analyst, Marketing and
International teams) to assist with data-related questions and issues.Help us shape the future of our Data team along with the technologies we
need to support the growth of the company.


skill requirements:

Top-notch SQL skills.

Proven working experience with Snowflake, Looker and LookML.

Strong analytical and data profiling skills.

Hands on experience with building ETL pipelines.

In-depth knowledge of data warehousing.

Comfortable using cloud-based technologies and third-party tools.

Experience performing root cause analysis on external data to answer
specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.

Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of
timelines.

Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and
master diverse technologies and techniques.

BS in computer science, software engineering, statistics or a related field.

Candidates ideally would possess 3-5 years of experience and/or Bachelors Degree
in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics or related field; have the
ability to work with colleagues as well as individually; have the ability to consult and
communicate closely with management / leadership.
