We are looking for a hard working, proactive, organised person with a passion for detail and quality who is a good motivator of people. This role is perfect for someone who can lead by example and help us grow in a purposeful way.
The role involves Setting up the case packer/labeller machines ready for production and running routine maintenance of machinery. Successful candidates will have to ensure quality and productivity targets are met consistently, while having attention to detail and being able to adjust the machine as needed to improve quality and maintain line speeds.
We welcome applications from candidates who have recent hands on experience with machinery, an inner understanding of how machines work, and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. We's also love to see a strong understanding of production procedures and adherence to health and safety regulations
The shift pattern will be primarily a 5 day on 2 day off week, covering a 10 hour production shifts with set up and shutdown periods at each end, but we look for a flexible attitude to this is essential to cover fluctuations in workload and sickness and holiday cover.
